“Even if we feel guilty, God is greater than our feelings, and he knows everything. Dear friends, if we don’t feel guilty, we can come to God with bold confidence.” – 1 John 3:20-21
This verse reminds us that the Holy Spirit is greater that our heart and knows everything. He knows our motives, actions and we cannot hide our sins from Him.
If you are truly guilty because of your sins, pray to God and confess your sins. Come to Him with confidence.
God wants us to seek reasons for confidence, instead of shame.
Don’t condemn yourself, instead turn your back on your sins by looking at God and His love and grace for you. Always remember what Jesus has done for you.
We feel guilty when we listen to condemnations. But remember, there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ.
“You may believe there’s nothing wrong with what you are doing, but keep it between yourself and God. Blessed are those who don’t feel guilty for doing something they have decided is right.” – Romans 14:22
